Home Description: Enjoy
peace and quiet in this modern year 'round home located just 4 miles
from Oquossoc and 12 miles from Rangeley. Just a short walk to a sandy
beach on Mooselookmeguntic Lake and also close to the ITS snowmobile
trails. Amenities include 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large living room with
fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and
breakfast bar, deck, garage, central heat and wall to wall carpeting.
Summer Rates (June thru September): $850. per 2 week rental,
$1,200. per 3 week rental, or $1,500. per monthly rental; Winter Rates
(October thru May): Minimum Rental: 2 1/2 Months
(2 and a half months): $2,000. Additional weeks as desired at $200.
